Neighborhood Green Spaces and Rainwater Harvesting

On 25 June 2026, the Co-ADAPT Nature-Based Solutions Exploration Seminar officially began in Vienna with an interactive workshop at WEST – Fassfabrik, a creative hub dedicated to sustainability, experimentation, and community innovation. The opening session invited participants to discover how nature-based solutions can emerge not only from scientific knowledge but also through observation, imagination, artistic expression, and collaborative design.

On 8 May 2026, Ankara University hosted the second Co-ADAPT Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) Seminar, bringing together young participants to explore how nature can help address urban challenges. Organised by the Nature Conservation Centre (DKM) within the framework of the Co-ADAPT (Community-Based Climate Adaptation and Biodiversity through Small-Scale Nature-Based Solutions) project, the seminar encouraged participants to develop creative, community-driven ideas for a greener and more climate-resilient Ankara.

On 30 April 2026, the first Co-ADAPT Stakeholder Seminar was held in Ankara, bringing together representatives from local authorities, academia, civil society, and citizens to explore how small-scale nature-based solutions can help cities become more resilient to climate change and biodiversity loss. The seminar was organised by the Nature Conservation Centre (DKM) as part of the Co-ADAPT (Community-Based Climate Adaptation and Biodiversity through Small-Scale Nature-Based Solutions) project, co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme.

Berlin Knowledge Exchange Visit
