Stakeholder Analysis Process Has Started

This phase marks an important step in ensuring that the project is inclusive, participatory, and grounded in local realities. Through the stakeholder analysis, the project aims to identify, map, and engage key actors who influence or are affected by small-scale nature-based solutions in urban environments.
The process is being carried out in Berlin, Vienna, Ankara, and Košice, involving a wide range of stakeholders such as local authorities, civil society organisations, community groups, educators, urban practitioners, and residents.
The stakeholder analysis will help:
Understand local needs, challenges, and opportunities related to climate adaptation and biodiversity
Strengthen cooperation between municipalities, communities, and experts
Support co-design and co-creation of small-scale nature-based solutions
Ensure long-term ownership, relevance, and impact of project activities
